Yoshihiro Iwasaki has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Yoshihiro began their career in 1983 at Hewlett-Packard as a Customer Support Engineer before transitioning to the role of System Support Engineer. In 1996, they joined Agilent Technologies as a System Support Engineering Manager and later became a Technical Marketing Engineer, where they provided support for Memory Test Systems. In 2006, they joined Verigy as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Expert and then moved on to become the MTS Support Operation Manager.
In 2012, Yoshihiro joined Advantest as a Sr. Manager, Memory Technical Support Global, focusing on Parts Operation and Brand Quality Assurance. Yoshihiro was responsible for Spare Parts planning and Logistics, as well as implementing Support Strategy for Memory Test Products. This role involved managing a team and ensuring profitable business operation. Yoshihiro was later promoted to the position of Director, Global Support Expert Center, where they continued leading the team and implementing Support Strategies on a global scale.
Throughout their career, Yoshihiro has contributed to new product development and introduction, incorporating DfS (Design For Supportability) principles. Yoshihiro has also played a key role in planning and implementing service and support strategies, delivering beta system support and training. Their expertise in Technical Support for Wafer Sort and Final Test platforms has been instrumental in their various roles.
Yoshihiro Iwasaki completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Osaka Institute of Technology, from 1979 to 1983.
