Richard Kelly is an experienced professional in the fields of business education and strategic thinking, currently serving as a Regional Partner for Asia Pacific at Advantexe Learning Solutions since January 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Lecturer for the MBA program at The University of Sydney Business School. As the Founder of Team-Based Strategic Thinking, and with a notable track record as an educator at Duke Corporate Education, Richard has facilitated workshops in business acumen, finance, and strategic thinking utilizing innovative simulations for corporate clients. Previous roles include Senior Associate at The Regis Company and Vice President Australasia at Executive Perspectives, with a strong foundation in accounting and leadership as evidenced by degrees from the University of Newcastle and Deakin University, along with certification as a CPA.
