Jeff Batson

Jeff Batson has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jeff currently holds the position of Senior Business Intelligence Leader at Advantis Medical Staffing, where they began in March 2023. Previously, they worked at Mavenir as a Senior Business Intelligence Leader from March 2021 to March 2023, where they were responsible for leading the design and development of Business Intelligence solutions using PowerBI and various corporate data sources.

Before that, Jeff Batson was the Founder & Creator of LiquidTap, a cloud-based digital menu system, from November 2019 to March 2021. During their tenure, LiquidTap was acquired by BevChek and rolled out across North America. Jeff provided Point Of Sale Integration and leveraged custom API frameworks to display real-time data.

Jeff Batson also gained experience at Cisco, starting as a Technical Architect from May 2011 to September 2018. Jeff supported Agile development practices, supervised cross-functional teams, and contributed to Sprint and Release Planning. Later, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager from September 2018 to November 2019, where they managed the HCS Perpetual License Renewal Business and created financial metrics and licensing models.

At Ericsson, Jeff Batson worked as a Radio Access Network Engineer from May 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, they had various roles at Nortel Networks, including Technical Sales Engineering from May 2001 to May 2010, Engineering Leader from March 1998 to May 2001, and Customer Support Engineer from January 1996 to March 1998.

Jeff Batson attended Monash University from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (with Honours) with a focus on Computing & Telecommunications.
