John O'Sullivan

John O'Sullivan has extensive work experience in quality assurance and project management. John is currently serving as the Director of Quality at Longboat Clinical by Advarra. Prior to this, they were the Chief Quality Officer at Longboat from 2015 to 2020. John has also worked as the Head of Quality at i360 Hygiene in 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they held roles as a Project Manager and Quality & Content Specialist at Firecrest Clinical, where they were responsible for various quality assurance activities and played a key role in developing and implementing processes. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Dell and as a Software QA Engineer/Content Reviewer at Thomson NETg. John also had a brief stint as a Web Developer at Limerick G.A.A County Board. Throughout their career, John has showcased their expertise in quality control, process improvement, and project management.

John O'Sullivan completed their education at the University of Limerick from 1998 to 2002, earning a BSc in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Systems. Prior to that, they attended Ardscoil Rís in Limerick from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. John also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Developing a Service Mindset" and "Mastering Self-Leadership" in 2023, as well as "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" in 2022.
