Robert Lukasiewicz

Robert Lukasiewicz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Robert is currently employed at Advarra as the Sr. Director of Global Product Support. Prior to this, they worked at ADP, where they held positions such as Vice President of Enterprise Technology Operations and Vice President/Sr. Director of Client Product Support. Robert also worked at Automatic Data Processing as the Director of Product Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on driving efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving service delivery. Robert has experience in agile transformation, strategic planning, and implementing performance improvement initiatives.

Robert Lukasiewicz holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. Robert also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management and Systems Analysis from Kean University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in 2021.
