Sarika Arora

Sarika Arora, MPH has a strong background in healthcare and consulting. Sarika is currently the Managing Director of Operations at Advarra, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Parexel, including Senior Director of Solutions and Strategic Initiatives from 2017 to 2023, and Director of Customer Strategy from 2014 to 2017. Before joining Parexel, they worked at HERON - A PAREXEL COMPANY as the Director of Commercial Operations from 2011 to 2014, and as the Director of Business Development, Americas from 2010 to 2012. Sarika'scareer began at Analytica International, where they served as the Manager of Health Economics and Pricing & Market Access from 2007 to 2010.

Sarika Arora, MPH, has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Chemistry, and Psychology at Rutgers University. Later, they completed their Master's in Dental Public Health at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
