Alan Walsh's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Alan started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Lifetime Products, where they provided HR support and handled recruitment. Alan then worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Foster Farms, where they dealt with complex employee relations issues and implemented benefits practices.

After that, Walsh served as the Director of Human Resources at Cornerstone and Apartment Investment and Management (AIMCO). In these roles, they provided support to management partners, served as a business partner to team members across multiple locations, and implemented HR strategies.

Following their time at AIMCO, Walsh worked as a Senior Regional HR Manager at DSC Logistics, where they managed the HR team and ensured compliance with employment laws. Alan then joined Resource Alliance as a Human Resources Manager before transitioning into a full-time HR Director role.

In 2014, Walsh joined CF Real Estate Services LLC as the Vice President Associate Services, and later got promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Alan oversaw human resources activities, established departmental responsibilities, and coordinated functions among departments and sites.

In 2021, Walsh joined Higginbotham HR Services as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided HR support and counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at Advenir Living, overseeing people and culture initiatives.

Alan Walsh attended Utah State University from 1988 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish. Alan later pursued a Master of Human Resources Management degree from Utah State University, graduating in 1999.
