Karen Richardson

Karen Richardson has extensive experience in the finance industry, with a focus on business development and management roles. Karen most recently worked as a Managing Director at Advent Capital Management, LLC since July 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Institutional Business Development at SSI Investment Management from 2016 to 2019. From 2013 to 2016, Karen served as the Director, North America at Style Research (UK). Karen also worked as a Vice President, North America at Wilshire Associates from 2008 to 2012.
