Janki Chudgar

Janki Chudgar joined Advent in 2018. In her role, she supports the firm’s capital markets activities, including new acquisition financings for Advent’s portfolio companies. She is also responsible for managing and helping to grow the firm’s relationships with investment banks, direct lenders, and investors.

Prior to Advent, Janki worked at TPG Sixth Street Partners (TSSP), TPG Capital’s dedicated credit and credit-related investment platform. Janki began her career in the Natural Resources group at Goldman Sachs, advising clients on both M&A and high yield financing transactions.

Janki received a BBA, summa cum laude with Honors, in Economics and Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
