Amber Owens

Amber Owens, MBA, serves as the Chief People Officer for AdventHealth's Southwest Region since July 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources across five hospitals and collaborating with executives to align business needs with human resource strategies. Prior to this role, Amber held significant positions at Texas Children's Hospital as the Enterprise HR Director, focusing on Total Rewards and Performance Management from 2014 to 2019, and has extensive experience at Orlando Health in various HR leadership roles from 1989 to 2013, including HR Director and Compensation Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
