Dean Shepardson has extensive experience in the healthcare finance industry. Dean most recently worked at Adventist Health as the System Vice President, Finance | Operations and Strategy. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Labcorp, Optum, Dignity Health, Banner Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, and Renown Health. Dean's roles included Division Vice President, Finance | Western United States; Regional Vice President, Finance | Southern California (Inland Empire); Market Chief Financial Officer | Chief Strategy Officer; Hospital Chief Financial Officer; Finance Director; Financial Analysis Consultant; Senior Financial Analyst; and Financial Analyst.

Dean Shepardson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from the University of Nevada, Reno. Additionally, Dean Shepardson is certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
