Kimberly Baldwin

Kimberly Baldwin, MPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Enterprise Emergency Response at Virgin Galactic, with prior experience including roles as System Manager of Incident Response, Emergency Management and Business Continuity at Providence, and Emergency Manager at JLL | Adventist Health. Baldwin has overseen disaster management activities across multiple Adventist Health facilities and has held various leadership positions, including board member roles at the Rotary Club of Kelseyville Sunrise and American Red Cross. Baldwin's extensive consulting experience in emergency management encompasses conducting hazard vulnerability assessments, updating emergency operations plans, and facilitating training exercises. Recognition includes being named “Rookie of the Year” by the California Department of Public Health. Kimberly Baldwin holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from California State University - East Bay.
