Kari Hatfield

Kari Hatfield is an experienced recruiter currently working at Adventist HealthCare since October 2022, and also serves as a remote recruiter with Hueman RPO since September 2022. With a strong foundation in academic leadership, Kari served as an Associate Professor of Theatre at Abilene Christian University from August 2008 to August 2020, focusing on Musical Theatre Voice training and directing productions. Kari holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Pedagogy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Oklahoma Christian University.
