Eric R.

Eric R. is an experienced Business Program Manager at Microsoft, specializing in simulations, skill assessments, and large-scale learning programs since 2005. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Senior Instructional Design Consultant for both Microsoft and AstraZeneca, focusing on online learning course development. Eric's leadership in the community includes serving as President of the Skunk Works Robotics Booster Club and involvement with the Boy Scouts of America as Cubmaster & Den Leader. Eric has also held various instructional roles, including Senior Software Instructor at New Horizons CLC, where custom training solutions were created for reputable clients. Eric obtained a Master's degree in International Forestry from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
