Kat Chaves is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in cloud solutions and data management. Currently serving as a Copilot M365 Business Architect at Microsoft, Kat leads product feedback initiatives and manages business plan strategies. Previously, Kat held various leadership roles at Microsoft, including Azure Cloud Solution Architect Director and Data & AI Specialist Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, successfully driving cloud adoption and business growth. In addition to their corporate experience, Kat is the Director of Rocket Girls, a non-profit organization focused on empowering girls in STEM through technical education. Kat's expertise is further complemented by a role as a Subject Matter Expert in cloud computing at CompTIA and a consulting position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
