Minal Merchant

Minal Merchant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and program leadership, currently serving as Principal Group Engineering Manager for Revenue Processing and Operations at Microsoft since June 2007. Prior roles at Microsoft include Director, Principal Program Manager Lead, Lead Program Manager for ASD Solutions, and Senior Program Manager for Customer/Partner Success with Microsoft D365, among others. Prior to Microsoft, Minal held the position of Senior Manager in Information Engineering at NetApp and served as an Information Developer on the Solution Management team at SAP. Minal holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, India.
