Laura Tuomikoski

Laura Tuomikoski began their work experience in 2005 as a GIS Specialist at Esri Finland, where they implemented Location Intelligence Solutions and provided GIS consulting. Laura then transitioned to the role of Project Manager, leading public procurement bidding projects and strategically important tight schedule projects. From there, Laura became a Solution Architect, designing GIS architecture and roadmaps for multiple customers. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager, Deliveries, where they led a team of project managers and architects and was responsible for project portfolio and architecture planning. In 2016, Laura became the Director of Professional Services at Esri Finland, overseeing the services business, including business and technology consulting, software deployment, and data services. In 2019, they joined Advian as a Business Data Architect, Partner, and COO, where they create roadmaps and formulates sub-projects for customer projects and programs. Laura'smain duties include target and current state description and architecture planning.

Laura Tuomikoski obtained their M.Sc.(Tech) degree in Geoinformatics and Photogrammetry from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Laura also has certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance and has obtained additional certifications in Enterprise Administration and Enterprise System Design Associate from Esri. Additionally, Laura Tuomikoski holds certifications in TOGAF 9 Certified and TOGAF 9 Foundation from The Open Group.
