Rakesh Yadav

Rakesh Yadav has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Rakesh currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, where they have been since 2009. Prior to assuming this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and as the President Director/Asean Business Head based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Before Advik Hi-Tech, Rakesh worked at Alliance Tire Group as Vice President - OEM Business (Europe) from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they oversaw the OEM business for agricultural and engineering vehicles/equipment in the UK and Europe, managing a team of 10 direct reports. Rakesh successfully secured new contracts with prominent clients during their tenure.

At Jindal Aluminium Ltd, Rakesh served as the Assistant General Manager - Marketing from 2001 to 2008. In this capacity, they managed a team of 30 professionals and played a crucial role in the company's substantial annual turnover, particularly in the OEM division.

Rakesh also has experience at Minda Industries Ltd., where they worked as the Regional Manager for the West Zone from 1996 to 2001. Rakesh was responsible for business development and marketing of various products in the 2WH & 4WH industry, working closely with clients such as Bajaj, Tata Motors, and Mahindra & Mahindra, among others.

Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Senior Sales Executive at VAM ORGANIC CHEMICALS Limited from 1993 to 1996 and as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Patheja Brothers Forging & Stampings Limited from 1991 to 1993.

Rakesh Yadav completed their 10th grade education in Science at Jai Hind High School, Pune from 1971 to 1984. Rakesh then pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science at Nowrosjee Wadia College from 1984 to 1986. Rakesh then attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical. Additionally, they attended TASMAC SCHOOL OF BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED for Export Import Management from 1988 to 1989.
