Thomas has over 25 years of experience leading business development and marketing. Working beyond this framework to achieve sustainable growth revenue with the in vitro diagnostic solutions (connected analyzers to reagents with its consumables and services). He has worked in different size international companies whose challenges are in business development and organizational transformation by bringing the entrepreneurial spirit and vision, robust methods like Kaizen-lean-6Sigma and a strong sense of teamwork to succeed.
Prior to joining Advion Interchim Scientific, Thomas spent more than 20 years in different senior management role as Managing Director, Director of International Sales, Senior Global Marketing and Business Development Director in the leading companies of the IVD like Beckman Coulter (Danaher), Horiba Medical and Diagnostica Stago for the clinical diagnostics in the hematology or the hemostasis and in the clinical chemistry.
He earned in 2007, his Master’s Diploma in the General Management International from the Business School ESSEC with the Indian Institute of managements (IIM) at Ahmedabad. He holds a Master’s degree in Measures Physics from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) prior starting working in the medical device field at Lyon late 1994.
