Lisa Pettitt

Lisa Pettitt is currently the Learning and Development Specialist at ADVISA, where Lisa provides tools, training, and advice to help grow leaders and organizations. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Leadership Development Specialist at Cru for over two decades, where Lisa developed and implemented training programs, facilitated workshops and coaching sessions, and pioneered character-based leadership development strategies. Lisa also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Associate at Miami University and participated in the Management Trainee Program at Chase Bank USA, N.A. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Miami University.
