Kate Kosewski

Kate Kosewski has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Kate is currently the Director of Human Resources at DTiQ, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Adviser Investments starting in February 2022.

From 2011 to 2017, Kate worked at Innosight, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, HR/Talent Management Specialist, and Contract Recruiting Coordinator.

In 2011, they also had a brief role as a Contract Training Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Earlier in their career, Kate worked at Highfields Capital as a Human Resources Assistant/Facilities Coordinator, where they provided administrative support to the Head of Human Resources, participated in new hire and separation processes, and handled employee benefits administration. Kate was with the company from 2005 to 2010.

From 2001 to 2005, Kate Kosewski attended the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
