Michael Griggs

Michael Griggs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Services and Support at Advisor360°. Prior to that, they were a member of the Board of Directors and COO of David's Promise. Michael also served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Lewis Latimer Society & Museum.

In terms of their previous roles, Michael held the position of Vice President Customer Experience and Delivery at Mastercard Data & Services from 2019 to 2023. Michael was also the Director of Client Services at FirstFuel Software from 2016 to 2018, and the Principal of Customer Delivery and Success at Quoin from 2012 to 2016.

Before that, Michael worked at The CCS Companies as an Implementation Program Manager, Account Executive, Technical Consultant, and Account Executive again from 2008 to 2012. Michael began their career as a Financial Marketing Executive at Prudential Financial in 2007.
