Pat Board

Patrick Board is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leading multi-specialty medical groups and healthcare systems. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Advocare, LLC, Patrick has played a significant role in the growth of the organization, recognized as one of the largest independent physician-owned groups in the United States. Previous roles include President and Chief Administrative Officer at Marshfield Clinic Health System, where oversight included one of the largest private multi-specialty practices in the U.S., and CEO of Union Health System, where Patrick facilitated the integration of former clinics into a cohesive system. Early career positions include CEO roles at UAP Clinic and University of Minnesota Physicians, coupled with leadership at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas.
