Jennifer Connor-Smith

Jennifer Connor-Smith currently serves as the Director of Pediatric Cardiovascular Service at Advocate Children's Hospital since July 2022. In addition to this role, Jennifer has been an Adjunct Faculty member at both the University of Saint Francis and Moraine Valley Community College since 2020 and 2011, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Centers for Pain Control & Vein Care from May 2020 to July 2022, Clinical Effectiveness Consultant at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago in 2019, and Director of Clinical Operations at the University of Chicago until November 2019. Jennifer began a career in healthcare management at Advocate Health Care, advancing to the role of Manager from December 2000 to October 2015. Educational background encompasses a Master of Business Administration from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, an MSN in Health Care Administration/Management from Loyola University Chicago, a BSN in Nursing from Saint Xavier University, and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College.
