Eric Christian

Eric Christian, MBA, currently serves as the SVP & Chief Technology Officer at Advocate Health since July 2023. Eric has also been a Board Member for the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since March 2014 and serves as a Board Director for Charlotte Rescue Mission. Prior to Advocate Health, Eric held the position of VP & Chief Technology Officer at Atrium Health from March 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included defining the IT strategic vision and fostering collaboration with senior leaders on technology applications in healthcare. Eric has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Pfeiffer University, teaching courses in Healthcare IT. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Cummins Inc., various senior technology roles at Bank of America, and Director positions at General Motors and GMAC. Eric holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Technology & Management from the University of Maryland.
