Cynthia Chinchilla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international youth advocacy and public policy. Currently serving as Associate Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at Advocates for Youth since January 2020, Cynthia has also held the positions of Senior Program Manager and Global Partnerships Fellow at AMAZE International. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as a Researcher at TD International, LLC and as a Research Assistant at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Cynthia earned a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University, complemented by participation in the GW Paris Scholars Program at The American University of Paris.
