Michaela Brooke

Michaela Brooke is an experienced campaign organizer currently working at Advocates for Youth, focusing on reproductive justice in Alabama by leading a cohort of activists to influence policy and promote education. Previously, Michaela served in various roles at American Pacific Mortgage, including Benefits Assistant and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Associate, where responsibilities involved employee benefits assistance and enhancing DE&I strategies. Michaela also worked as a Policy & Communications Intern at Alabama C.U.R.E, analyzing incarceration policies and creating informative materials. Michaela holds a degree in Psychology and Political Science with a concentration in Human Rights and Social Justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduated in 2023.
