Bill Harrison serves as the School Board President for Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21 since January 2001, leading a district with 6,700 students and a $100 million budget. Harrison has a robust history in educational policy, overseeing significant budget initiatives, successful referendums, and program enhancements. Concurrently, Harrison practices law as Lead Counsel at William S. Harrison, P.C., managing condominium and townhouse developments and completing over 2,000 real estate transactions. Additional legal experience includes roles as an agent for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund and as a Trust Officer at ATG Trust Company. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master’s degree in School Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
