Carol King

Carol King currently serves as the VP of Title at Advocus National Title Insurance Company since August 2023. Previously, Carol held the position of Escrow Operations Manager at Blueprint Title, where responsibilities included achieving financial objectives and managing a team of nine Escrow Officers across 17 states. Prior to that, Carol supervised closing operations at Zillow Closing Services, managing real estate transactions and resolving escalations. Carol also worked as a Senior Escrow Officer at Proper Title LLC, an Implementation Advocate at NextAce, and a Consultant at Streamline Consulting, focusing on software systems and workflow analysis. Carol's career began at Parks Title, where Carol served as a Manager for a decade.
