In 2015, they were a Human Resource Management Intern at Jobline Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. In 2016, they were the Project Director of Project Fourth Estate. In 2017, they were a Research Fellow for Project Pahal - Keylong Financial Drive by Vittshala SRCC and a Senior Community Manager and Community Manager for 91springboard. In 2020, they were a Content Consultant for Sublime By Seven. In 2021, they were a Senior Digital Marketing Associate and Digital Marketing Associate for AdYogi. Finally, in 2022, they were an Assistant Manager Digital Marketing for Sleepy Owl Coffee, and in 2023 they are a Team Lead Marketplaces for AdYogi.
Alisha Rathor completed a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from Shri Ram College of Commerce between 2014 and 2017, majoring in Business/Commerce, General. In 2020, they obtained a certification from the University of California, Davis in The Strategy of Content Marketing. Alisha is currently enrolled in an Advance Digital Marketing PG Programe at MICA | The School of Ideas, which they began in 2021. Additionally, they hold a Digital Marketing- Google Unlocked certification from Google.
