Gavin Snyder

Gavin Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Gavin currently works at Adyton.io as a Technical Product Manager, starting in October 2022. Previously, they worked at Alarm.com from April 2020 to October 2022, initially as a Product Manager and then as a Product Manager II from October 2021. Before that, Gavin served in the USS Harry S Truman CVN 75, where they held positions such as Reactor Propulsion Division Officer from September 2016 to January 2019, and later as Reactor Mechanical and Reactor Auxiliaries Division Officer from January 2019 to April 2020.

Gavin Snyder attended the United States Naval Academy from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the Nuclear Power School: Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) in Charleston from 2014 to 2015 to further their education in nuclear power. In 2015, they attended the Prototype: Nuclear Power Training Unit in Ballston Spa, focusing on nuclear engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Gavin obtained the Professional Nuclear Engineering Officer certification from Naval Reactors in September 2019. Gavin also completed the Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP®) program through LinkedIn in April 2020 and the Breakline Education: Veteran Program in March 2020.
