Sterling R. has extensive experience in sales and business development. In 2022, they began working as Senior Vice President of Sales for Adzapier. Prior to this, they were Sr. Business Development Manager at OneTrust from 2020-2022, where they managed and motivated a staff of 25 Business Development Representatives, drove opportunities and pipeline to the sales organization, and generated over 25 million in Pipeline. From 2014-2020, they worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Senior Sales Advisor - Cloud and Enterprise (Inside Sales Leader) and Senior Product Marketing Manager - (Inside Sales Leader). From 2011-2014, they worked as SMB - National Inside Sales Lead at AirWatch. From 2010-2011, they were Business Development Manager at KORE Telematics. Finally, from 2007-2010, they worked at Cbeyond as Sales Manager, Team Lead, and Sales Representative. In 2005, they were Market Director at ClearSpark Design, where they helped generate business ideas and head hunt businesses.
