Tim Drilling is an experienced operations and maintenance professional with a robust background in automated equipment development and team management. Currently serving as Operations Maintenance Manager at Anderson Erickson Dairy since March 2023, Tim has previously held roles such as Team Supervisor Electrical Assembly and Electro Mechanical Technician at Graphic Packaging International, LLC. With extensive experience from Doerfer Companies and TDS Automation, Tim has demonstrated expertise in supervising site operations, managing installation crews, and training operators. Tim's career began as a Tool & Die Maker at Atwood Industries, complemented by an educational foundation in Tool and Die Technology from Hawkeye Community College.
