Megan Houser

Megan Houser started their work experience in 2007 as a Human Resource Generalist at Noridian. In 2008, they joined Ecolab as a Senior HR Representative until 2012. Since 2012, Megan has been working at AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.) where they started as an HR Manager and eventually became the Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2020.

Megan Houser obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business/Spanish from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they completed between 2001 and 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of North Dakota, which they completed between 2005 and 2006, specializing in Business Administration.
