John Sica

John Sica has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. John started their career as a Plant Chemist/Process Engineer at Pratt Industries in 2001. In this role, they maintained a corrugated paper making machine and performed quality control tests.

In 2002, John joined Pall Corporation as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they managed the sale of filter products to the power generation market and became the company's subject matter expert for the nuclear industry. John also solicited and negotiated exclusive customer supply agreements and played a key role in developing the Pall Power Generation product roadmap.

John's success at Pall Corporation led to various promotions within the company. John became a Market Sales Manager - Energy Division in 2006, Northeastern Sales Manager in 2010, and Global Strategic Accounts Manager in 2013. As the Northeastern Sales Manager, they led a team of sales representatives across five key markets, managed a regional team, and created sales forecasts and incentive plans. As the Global Strategic Accounts Manager, they developed global sales strategies and secured partnerships with Pall's top accounts.

In 2017, John was promoted to the Director of Sales/Chemical Vertical Market at Pall Corporation, where they led the Americas Vertical Sales team and created and executed sales strategies to provide customers with a competitive advantage. John also managed budgeting and implemented sales funnel management tools.

In 2021, John joined PowerFlow Fluid Systems as a Business Development Manager/Consultant. In this role, they led the business development team in expanding the company's presence into the East Coast. John utilized transformative marketing to modernize B2B sales strategies and worked with government agencies to develop new technology to reduce airborne virus transmission.

John's most recent work experience is with Porvair Filtration Group, where they serve as a Market Manager starting in 2022.

John Sica has a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. John also holds an MBA degree in Management/Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Prior to their higher education, they received a High School Regents Diploma with Honors from St. Francis Prep.
