Rykie van der Merwe

Rykie van der Merwe is an experienced Human Capital professional currently serving as the HC Business Process & Governance Specialist at AECI Limited since June 2017. Rykie specializes in system standardization, alignment, and automation within Human Capital applications and manages the core Human Capital systems architecture across various platforms. Previously, Rykie held the positions of HR Systems Manager and HRSS Business Process Manager at AVI Limited from September 2010 to May 2017, focusing on the design and implementation of standardized HR systems to enhance efficiency and cost savings. Rykie's career began at iServe from September 2000 to August 2009 as a SAP HR Senior Consultant, where Rykie implemented SAP HCM modules and managed various HR reporting processes. Rykie completed education at Hugenote Meisieskool with a Matric degree in Sciences.
