Katherine Martella, BA, CPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Civil West Division at Aecon Group Inc. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Clark Wilson LLP, Regional Human Resources Manager for Canada at Flatiron Construction Corporation, and Human Resources Manager at ITC Construction Group. Katherine began their career as a Mental Health Specialist with the Canadian Mental Health Association. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University.
