Winnie Yip

Winnie Yip is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and utilities design. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Scarborough Transit Connect and a Senior Design Coordinator at Aecon Group Inc., Winnie has developed a strong background in project coordination and technical leadership.
