Kevin is a Global Principal of Aedas and has accumulated over 30 years of design experience in various sectors such as retail, mixed-use, office, infrastructure and masterplanning. He has extensive experience in leading teams to design and deliver retail projects in a number of cities, particularly in Asia.
Kevin has a strong understanding of international retail trends and has combined it with sensitivity towards the local communities to create works that reflect a fine balance in unique design with spatial efficiency and financial returns for the owners. His works range from standalone retail malls to retail spaces that form a component of large mixed-use developments, a number of which have clinched prestigious awards. 313@somerset, a retail mall integrated with a MRT station, was recently conferred Highly Commended for Best Retail Architecture in Singapore while The Intermark, a fully integrated mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur received a Highly Commended for Best Mixed-use Development in Malaysia, at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014. Additionally, Kevin has worked on a number of significant projects with retail components in Hong Kong, such as Chater House and The Landmark.
Currently, Kevin continues to lend his expertise in a variety of projects in Southeast Asia, using his perceptive knowledge of the region together with international expertise to inject vibrancy into the field of architecture design. His consistent excellence in project delivery has given confidence to his clients to engage Aedas for their developments.
