Richard Kennedy

Richard Kennedy is an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager currently at Aedifica NV/SA since November 2016, specializing in the management of over 100 healthcare assets, approximately 6,000 beds, with a focus on acquisitions. Prior to Aedifica, Richard worked at Quintain from March 2010 to October 2016 in a dual financial and operational role within the Quercus Healthcare Fund, addressing operational pressures due to government spending cuts and reporting performance to investors. Richard's earlier career includes positions as Financial Controller for Brixton plc from 2000 to 2010 and for Specialist Recruitment Group plc from 1998 to 2000. Richard holds a BA Hons in Economics and Geography from St Patrick's Pontifical University, Maynooth, completed between 1984 and 1987.
