Steven Zijl

Steven Zijl is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and development, currently serving as the Founding Director of EUROSTATE since 2001, focusing on private equity management within the living sectors. In addition, Steven holds advisory roles at Aedifica NV/SA for healthcare real estate investment in Spain and at URBANOVO HOMES SL managing residential transformations. Previous positions include CEO for Spain and Portugal at CA Ventures, and Board Advisor roles at MPC Capital AG and Crosslane Property Group, specializing in student accommodation. Steven has also contributed to multifamily residential projects as Managing Director at Bemog Projektontwikkeling B.V., and led urban hotel developments with Casacuberta. Steven’s early career involved development management for luxury boutique hotels with The Stein Group and research at Cushman & Wakefield. Steven possesses a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Investment & Development from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction & Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
