Kornelija Brown, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AEG Vision since December 2018, Kornelija previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Abba Eye Care, where responsibilities included managing HR functions, employee initiatives, and fostering a people-first culture. Earlier roles included Talent Management Specialist and Customer Relationship Manager at Corvirtus, focusing on talent management solutions for national and international clients, as well as teaching Croatian language to Special Forces soldiers at Central Texas College.
