Lori Stiff

Lori Stiff currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Aegis Living, following a successful tenure as Senior General Manager. Prior to Aegis Living, Lori was a Sales Director and Partner at Legacy Lands, LLC, where critical standard operating procedures were established and financial functions managed. At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, substantial achievements included leading real estate transactions and record-breaking sales in Northbrook, Illinois. Lori's extensive experience in operations management also includes a role as Regional Director of Operations at Starbucks, overseeing significant sales and operational improvements across a large network of stores. Lori holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
