Brent Stayer

Brent Stayer is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as the Support and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Aegis Power Systems, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Brent held several leadership positions at sonnen, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations and Quality from July 2017 to January 2023. Brent's extensive background includes a notable tenure at Lutron Electronics from 1997 to July 2017, where responsibilities encompassed Sr. Reliability Engineer and Quality Manager across various residential and commercial systems. Additionally, Brent worked at AlliedSignal ATAD/Bendix as a Sr. Reliability Engineer, implementing key processes in avionics, and began a career in technical production as a Stage Technician at Walt Disney World from 1981 to 1989. Academic qualifications include a degree from the University of Central Florida.
