Reid Dreher

Reid Dreher is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Aegis Sortation, specializing in innovative, customer-centric solutions within the conveyor industry. With extensive experience at Phillips 66, Reid served as General Manager of Energy Research & Innovation, leading enterprise strategy and organizational transformation. Previous roles at Phillips 66 included Manager of Innovation & Research, where focus was on commercializing energy technologies, and several director-level positions involving supply chain and commercial development. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Diversified Conveyors International, LLC, and Barnhart Crane & Rigging, alongside significant roles as a Senior and Associate Scientist at ConocoPhillips. Reid holds a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi and a BS in Chemistry from Mississippi College.
