Richard Fleder

Richard Fleder is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ELMCRx Solutions, LLC, and a board member for several organizations, including The Difference Card, S&S Health, and Unimerica Life Insurance Co of New York, Richard has held leadership roles in various companies since the 1970s. Notably, Richard founded Thesco Benefits/T&H Group Inc. and served as President of both Comprehensive Benefits and EBP Healthplans. Richard's career also includes a significant tenure as Managing Director at Alliant Insurance Services and CEO of ELMC Risk Solutions, LLC. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
