Anil Srivastava

Anil Srivastava has extensive experience in the field of business architecture and transformation. Anil has worked as a Global Lead Business Architect at Aegon Asset Management since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology, where they held the roles of Principal Consultant Business Architect and Business Architect - Digital/IT Transformation. At DXC Technology, their responsibilities included implementing SAFe methodology for large enterprises and building SAFe teams at all levels. Before that, they worked at CSC, where they held multiple roles including Business Architect - Modernization Efforts/Digital/IT Transformation, Business Architect, and PM/Senior Business Analyst. At CSC, they led and managed the overall progress of the enterprise's Digital/IT Transformation efforts and developed execution level business architecture. Anil Srivastava also worked at BCS Technologies as a Sr. Business Analyst and at Newgen Software Technologies as an Engagement Manager/Sr. Business Analyst, where they were involved in the implementation of BPM and DMS solutions. Anil started their career as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Keane Inc. and later worked as a Consultant at ThinkAhead Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd.

Anil Srivastava completed their education at the following institutions:

- Alliance Business School, where they obtained a PGDITM (Post Graduate Diploma in ITM) in System Management from 2003 to 2005.

- Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they earned a B-Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 1998 to 2002.

Additionally, Anil Srivastava has obtained several certifications from various institutions. These include the "Introduction to Generative AI" certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost, "The Basics of Data Management, Data Manipulation and Data Modelling" certification from Cloud Academy, and the "Certified Business Architecture Pathway Program" certification from Agora Insights Ltd in 2020. Anil also completed the "Harvard University CS50" course in 2020 and obtained the "Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020. Anil Srivastava holds certifications as a "Certified Scrum Master" from the International Scrum Institute, "PAHM - 250" from AHM, and "Six Sigma - White Belt" from Six Sigma.
