James Soper

James Soper began their work experience in 1998 at Aegon, where they held multiple roles including Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Lead Project Manager. In these positions, they managed product development and regulatory projects, leading to the achievement of strategic objectives. James also worked extensively with outsourced delivery partners and demonstrated strong knowledge of the financial services industry. In 2019, Soper joined Atos as a Programme Manager.

James Soper has a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in English & History from the University of Aberdeen (1984-1988). James has also pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from The Open University (1998-1999). Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing, Corporate Accounting, and Change Management from Glasgow Caledonian University (1996-1998). James has a Diploma in Management Studies from Robert Gordon University (1990-1991) with a specialization in Statistics, Economics, Accountancy, Human Resources, and Marketing. James briefly attended Memorial University of Newfoundland (1982-1983) to study Maths, English, French Philosophy, but without completing a degree.
