Karczmarczyk Ewa

Ewa Karczmarczyk has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1997, they worked as the Deputy Manager of the Cash Register Department at MAKRO Cash and Carry Polska S.A. until 1999. Karczmarczyk then moved on to Nationwide Services Sp. z o.o. as a Customer Care Consultant from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Aegon as a Customer Care Consultant before taking on various accounting roles, including Junior Accountant, Accountant, Senior Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant, and Chief Accountant, from 2000 to 2007. Ewa returned to AEGON in 2008 as the Deputy Chief Accountant and later became the Director of Financial Operations, overseeing settlements with clients, valuation and liquidity management, as well as accounting for Aegon TU na życie S.A., Aegon Services sp.

Karczmarczyk Ewa obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Practice from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2015. In 2002, Ewa completed their Master of Economics degree with a specialization in Enterprise Management from Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna w Warszawie. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, Ewa attended Complex of Economic Secondary Schools A.J.Vetters in Lublin.
