Sue Chaplin Herb has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sue began their career as an intern at PwC in 1998 and later worked as an associate, senior associate, and manager at the same company. In 2003, Sue became a Senior Manager at PwC and continued in this role until 2011. During this time, they also served as the Director of Finance at Warner Music Group.

From 2013 to 2017, Sue worked as a consultant at 8020 Consulting and briefly as the Vice President of Finance at TODD-SOUNDELUX. Sue then joined AEG in 2017, initially as the Vice President of Finance and later promoted to Senior Vice President. At AEG, Sue was responsible for financial reporting, technical accounting, budgeting, treasury management, and strategic cash forecasting. Sue also oversaw major transactions and led the annual audit process.

In 2022, Sue joined Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives and promoting gender diversity in leadership positions. As a member of Chief, they contribute to strengthening leadership skills and fostering mentorship opportunities for women.

Throughout their career, Sue has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, and leadership roles, working with both domestic and international subsidiaries.

Sue Chaplin Herb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In 2003, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
